GrowthZone Learn has a robust Metric Reports page built right in the portal. As an administrator, you can easily view and export data on portal activity, Learning Management System (LMS) activity, and activity in your Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.

ACCESS THE METRIC REPORTS PAGE
Metrics can be accessed through the Metric Reports page. To access the Metric Reports page, click the drop-down menu in the top-left corner of the page and select the Portal Administration link (Fig. 1).
From the Portal Administration page, select the Metric Reports card (Fig. 2).
PORTAL OVERVIEW METRICS
The portal Overview section (Fig. 3) allows you to view and download activity in your portal. In this section, you will find data for:
- Unique Sessions (monthly or daily)
- Sessions (in the past 30 days)
- Time in Portal (monthly or daily)
- Page Views (monthly or daily)
Click on the menu (Fig. 4) in the top-right corner of any chart to download the Chart Image (.png) or Chart CSV file.
In the Metric Reports navigation bar above the data tables, you can click LMS or DAM to view the data for your Learning Management System (LMS) or Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. The LMS section allows you to view and download LMS overview data and data on modules, users, and accounts. The DAM section will enable you to view and download DAM overview data (asset access counts, top assets, and top categories) and metrics by Asset and by Category.
LMS OVERVIEW METRICS
In the LMS Overview section (Fig. 5), you can find data tables for:
- Time Spent Learning (monthly or daily)
- Modules Completed
- LMS Assets Viewed/Downloaded
Click on the menu (Fig. 4) in the top-right corner of any chart to download the Chart Image (.png) or Chart CSV file.
LMS MODULES METRICS
In the LMS Modules section (Fig. 6), view data for each module and its components by selecting the preferred module from the list on the right side of the page. Click on each module to find data on:
- Module Completions
- Average Proficiency %
- Average Completion %
- Module Courses Proficiency and Completion
Click the View Users button in the top-right corner of the page to view the Module Users page. The Module Users page provides administrators with a view of all users assigned to a module and allows them to apply bulk actions to a group of users. For more information on the Module Users page, visit the Module Users article.
Activity Metrics: In the chapter menu on the left side of the page, click the drop-down arrow to the right of the chapter title to view activity metrics.
Click on the menu (Fig. 4) in the top-right corner of any chart to download the Chart Image (.png) or Chart CSV file.
LMS USERS METRICS
In the LMS Users section, view the proficiency and progress for individual users. Click the drop-down arrows to the left of their name to view the proficiency and progress for each module, course, and chapter.
Use the search bar to enter a name and find an individual user. Make sure to clear the search bar after seeing the user you are looking for. Use the box next to the search bar to filter by account.
LMS ACCOUNTS METRICS
In the LMS Accounts section, view progress and proficiency for each account. Click the drop-down arrows to the left of each account name to view data for the assigned modules. Use the search bar to find specific accounts by typing the account name.
DAM METRICS
In the DAM section, you can view an Overview of the metrics, or you can view, filter, and sort the metrics by Asset or by Category by clicking its name (Fig. 7, top).
In the DAM Overview section, you can find data tables for:
- Assets Accessed (All Accessed or Publicly Accessed)
- Top Assets (past year)
- Top Categories (past year)
Click on the menu (Fig. 4) in the top-right corner of any chart to download the Chart Image (.png) or Chart CSV file.
In the DAM By Asset section (Fig. 8), you can filter and view data by Asset Categories, Asset Types, Start Date, End Date, Group(s), Account, and/or Users. Click the right side of the pop-up under each category name to make your selection.
To reset the filters, click the Clear Filters button (Fig. 9)
To sort the list of results by File name, Views, Downloads, or Combined, click the corresponding column header. To reverse the sort order, click the same column header again.
Click on the menu (Fig. 4) in the top-right corner of the chart to download the Chart Image (.png) or Chart CSV file.
In the DAM By Category section (Fig. 10), you can filter and view data by Start Date, End Date, Group(s), Account, and/or Users. Click the right side of the pop-up under each category name to make your selection.
To reset the filters, click the Clear Filters button (Fig. 9)
To sort the list of results by Category, Views, Downloads, or Combined, click the corresponding column header. To reverse the sort order, click the same column header again.
